Baked Camembert is one of the easiest ways to turn a simple wheel of cheese into a warm, creamy, crowd-pleasing appetizer. Camembert is already rich, soft and full of flavour, but when it is baked, the centre becomes beautifully melted and spoonable while the rind helps hold everything together. With garlic, rosemary, olive oil and a pinch of salt, this keto baked Camembert becomes a simple snack board centrepiece that feels impressive without requiring complicated preparation.
This recipe works well when you want a low carb snack, a quick party appetizer, or a comforting melted cheese dish to share. Serve it with kale chips, celery sticks, parmesan chips or your favourite keto-friendly dippers. The result is creamy, savoury and satisfying, with very little hands-on time in the kitchen.

Baked Camembert
This baked Camembert recipe keeps things simple because the cheese does most of the work for you. A good wheel of Camembert only needs a few complementary ingredients to become deliciously soft and aromatic. Garlic adds a mellow savoury note as it bakes into the cheese, while rosemary gives the dish a fragrant, earthy flavour. A small drizzle of olive oil helps the top bake beautifully, and a pinch of salt brings everything together.
If you have never baked Camembert before, the process is straightforward. The top of the cheese is lightly scored so the heat can reach the centre and the flavourings can settle into the cheese. After baking, the inside becomes warm and gooey, making it perfect for dipping or spooning onto crunchy low carb sides. It is an ideal option when you want a keto snack that feels special but does not take much effort.
This recipe is also a good choice for entertaining because it can be served directly from the oven. Place the baked cheese in the middle of a board with crisp vegetables, keto crackers, kale chips or parmesan crisps, and let everyone help themselves. It is rich, so a small serving goes a long way, especially when paired with crunchy sides.
